Are you collage curious?

Cut Paste + Play

virtual collage-making event

Join me Sunday, May 15th | 3pm pst - 5 pm pst

a LIVE, creative play Happy Hour

It doesn’t matter what kind of creative person you are,
or even consider yourself creative at all,
anyone can collage!

What I love about
collage making:

You don’t need any specific
artistic techniques to dive in

Collage is based on found imagery
so you’re not starting from a blank space
(unlike drawing & painting)

You don’t need to spend a lot
of money on materials

It’s playful

It involves using your hands

It’s accessible to literally anyone

PLUS…

If you’re struggling with unplugging from life and getting decent rest, an activity like collage making can be a much more fulfilling way to relax. In addition to the calming effect of active hand stimulation, this process of collage uses both repetitive actions (which don’t demand much cognitively and therefore give the mind a chance to relax and rest) and actions that require some careful concentration (which requires slowing down, being present and breathing similar to meditative practices).

Better rest and relaxation can have a huge ripple effect throughout your life meaning better sleep patterns, less burnout and better stress management.

Even more, research has shown creative thinking and practice positively affects our overall well being and happiness.

More about me

Hi I’m Liz

My own healing and creative journey is and has been a rollercoaster ride with many ups and downs. I’ve navigated coming to terms with childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, social anxiety, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, toxic relationships, body shame, behavioral addictions and creative block.

Along the way, I’ve shed many layers and moved through many versions of myself. Before, I was depressed AF, totally unmotivated and the queen of avoidance.

Creativity came easy to me until I lost touch with my personal art practice. My mind became my enemy - I struggled with shame, negative self talk and imposter syndrome. Even my unfinished projects sat in the corner of my apartment mocking me.

I spent over a decade of my life seeking healing and well-being through mindfulness, creativity, inner child work, self love and somatic healing. I’ve worked with professionals in therapy and with coaches to reprogram my mind. In 2021, I became certified in breathwork and meditation.  Through all this work, I found liberation from limiting beliefs, mental blocks, and emotional baggage that held me back for years.

I’m more confident, more creative, more consistent, and more authentically myself than I’ve EVER felt before.

Now I’m here to show you how collage making can improve your quality of life.
I can’t wait to see you there!
