A wine company inspired by the magic created along the 39th parallel where the heart of California wine country thrives.

Line 39 Wine asked us to create a brand strategy for their 2020 campaign to set them apart in the homogenous landscape of wine brands. The campaign was to be inspired by travel and exploration. Our brand strategy team formulated the brand purpose statement “To challenge you to discover a life unparalleled.”

The design team developed the look and feel of the campaign centered around 4 brand attributes: spontaneous, optimistic, approachable, and inclusive. We explored multiple design directions focusing on an aspirational and adventurous mood using a stylish color palette, cartographic marks and awe-inspiring outdoor photography.

The Line39 wine bottle set within a breath-taking Californian landscape. The bottle, scaled at a monumental size, becomes one with the landscape and a part of the adventure. The peach slash opens a portal into the Line39 positive perspective of seeing life through rose color glasses. Inspired by the Amelia Earhart quote: “No borders, just horizons - only freedom,” the text “Wander-ful” breaks across the borders and frame. Brand and product attributes sit around frame.
