What it is

Think of this as a mini-course in a supportive, virtual group setting.

This is great for beginner and intermediate meditators!

Here’s what we'll be up to:

  • 30 minute meetings each week
    (50% learning, 50% meditation practice)

  • A 15 minute guided meditation

  • A weekly challenge for you to practice on your own

  • Create a consistent practice with accountability

  • Learn techniques to calm busy minds, deepen relaxation, increase energy, connect with your intuition and more!

  • Foster a greater sense of health and wellness

The great unfolding

A 5 -10 minute practice can have profound effects on your mental and physical health.

Not only has it been well-studied, but well-proven. A consistent practice of breathwork and meditation has been shown to positively improve mental and physical well being.

Research is finding that both help people manage depression, anxiety, chronic pain, high blood pressure, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, inflammation, and autoimmune disorders.

Breathwork is also shown to radically reduce or reverse the symptoms of sleep apnea, asthma and other breathing disorders.

It’s no secret that breathwork + meditation has been pivotal in my own healing from PTSD, old trauma patterns, anxiety, depression, and many more oppressive diagnoses.

Hi I’m Liz

My own journey is and has been a rollercoaster ride with many ups and downs. I’ve navigated coming to terms with childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, social anxiety, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, toxic relationships, and behavioral addictions. 

Along the way, I’ve shed many layers and moved through many versions of myself. Before, I was depressed AF, totally unmotivated and the queen of avoidance.  

I spent over a decade of my life seeking healing and well-being through mindfulness, creativity, inner child work, self love and somatic healing. I’ve worked with professionals in therapy and with coaches to reprogram my mind. In 2021, I became certified in breathwork and meditation.  Through all this work, I found liberation from limiting beliefs, mental blocks, and emotional baggage that held me back for years.

I’m more confident, more consistent, more full of life and more authentically myself than I’ve EVER felt before.

Now I’m here to show you how a consistent practice of breathwork and meditation can improve your quality of life.

These practices helped me shed layers and rise above the emptiest versions of myself. They helped me move through life's challenges with more grace and compassion. They improved my mental and physical health. They released me from cyclical, exhausting over thinking.
