On top of that, breathwork changes the state of our brain. Breathwork takes us out of our normal state of existence and puts us into Theta brainwave state. In this state, nerouplasticity increases, making it easier to build new neural pathways.

…So what TF does that mean in layman’s terms? It means that breathwork puts you into a state where subconscious reprogramming (more on that below!) is possible and highly effective.

FAQ

  • how will we meet?

These sessions are held virtually over Zoom video conferencing.

  • Will my session be recorded?

Yes. You will have access to the recording within 48 hours after your session ends.

  • how should I prepare for my session?

It may be nice to have an eye mask, essential oils, a favorite crystal, props and pillows. Sitting up tall with a pillow under your hips can be nice.

Don't eat a heavy meal right before the session as some of the breathwork techniques can be uncomfortable if you're stomach is too full.

  • what should I wear for my session?

I always say come as you are. However, I do not recommend wearing clothing that is restrictive or uncomfortable, as some techniques may cause discomfort if your clothing prevents you from moving or breathing freely.

  • what’s the difference between the ‘regulate + rewire breathwork’ & ‘release + re-inspire breathwork’?

Regulate + Rewire sessions are meant to support you with a personalized practice to create safety in your nervous system and rewire limiting beliefs. You receive a practice to integrate into your routine to imprint our work on your subconscious. The practice are shorter practices (5-10 minutes) meant to be used consistently on a weekly basis.  They use centuries old pranayama techniques from the Yogic tradition combined with NLP language.

Release + Re-inspire sessions on the other hand is a longer, more intense practice meant for emotional release and to connect back in. It is typically used every few weeks or once a month. This breathwork style is based off the modern work of Stanislav Groff’s Holotropic breathwork. 

You can think of the difference like a hammer and a sledgehammer. Regulate + Rewire practices are like a hammer helping you build up and rebuild your health nail by nail, in small incremental ways. Release is more like a sledgehammer that you use to clear out what was old and no longer serving you.

They have different goals and they are powered differently.

Hi I’m Liz

My own healing and creative journey is and has been a rollercoaster ride with many ups and downs. I’ve navigated coming to terms with childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, social anxiety, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, toxic relationships, and behavioral addictions. 

Along the way, I’ve shed many layers and moved through many versions of myself. Before, I was depressed AF, totally unmotivated and the queen of avoidance.  

I spent over a decade of my life seeking healing and well-being through mindfulness, creativity, inner child work, self love and somatic healing. I’ve worked with professionals in therapy and with coaches to reprogram my mind. In 2021, I became certified in breathwork and meditation.  Through all this work, I found liberation from limiting beliefs, mental blocks, and emotional baggage that held me back for years.

I’m more confident, more consistent, more full of life and more authentically myself than I’ve EVER felt before.

now i’m here to show you how breathwork and subconsious reprogrmamming can create a deeper sense of transformation.

These practices helped me shed layers and rise above the emptiest versions of myself. They helped me move through life's challenges with more grace and compassion. They improved my mental and physical health. They released me from cyclical, exhausting over thinking.

I became certified in pranayama breathwork and meditation by the Academy of Breath in 2021, and i can’t wait to share these practices with you!
