hi, i’m liz

I’m an artist + medicine woman devoted to deep journey work—guiding others through the sacred process of healing, remembering, and becoming.

My path has led me through the fires of depression, social anxiety, childhood trauma, and creative block—and into a legacy of liberation. That lived experience is the root of everything I offer. Now, I walk beside others as they reclaim their truth, embody their fullest expression, and step into their purpose.

My work uses breathwork, the creative process, psychedelic integration, and somatic healing as portals to emotional wellness and deeper self-connection. My approach is rooted in reverence for the wisdom within you.

Some fun facts about me: I’m a color junkie who loves dancing daily, making joy and connecting with intentional conscious community.

The start of a new year is such a great time to start something new energetically because we are leaving behind last year and stepping into a new one - we are in a transition period. Over the last few years, setting New Year’s Resolutions has helped me make major improvements in many areas of my life.
