Your experience starts with a pranayama technique so you can have high-vibrational healing that is imperative to your design. These breathwork techniques have been around for centuries and are from the Hindu Yogic tradition.

Science today is confirming what the Hindu culture has known for centuries - that a consistent practice of breathwork and meditation has been shown to positively improve mental and physical well being.

Research is finding that both help people manage depression, anxiety, chronic pain, high blood pressure, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, inflammation, and autoimmune disorders.

Breathwork is also shown to help diminish symptoms of sleep apnea, asthma and other breathing disorders.

It’s played a crucial role in my personal recovery from C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other forms of dis-ease and subsequent disease.

The use of drums can be a profoundly therapeutic and healing experience.

Our physical being relies on various rhythms such as the pulsing of the heart, the tempo of breathing, and the rhythm of thought. However, in today's fast-paced society, many individuals are out of tune with both the natural rhythms of nature and their own bodies.

This results in anxiety, detachment, and dis-ease. Incorporating drums into breathwork + meditation allows our bodies synchronize with the rhythm, naturally bringing us back to our truest self.

(I get it! The first time I heard of sitting and breathing I felt the same).

FAQ

  • what do I need to bring? how should i prepare?

Most classes you start seated and then lie down, so a yoga mat and any props that you may want like a blanket or bolster.

Don't eat a heavy meal right before the session as some of the breathwork techniques can be uncomfortable if you're stomach is too full.

  • what should I wear for my session?

I always say come as you are. However, I do not recommend wearing clothing that is restrictive or uncomfortable, as this may inhibit your ability to full drop into the experience.

  • will this ever be offered virtually?

These sessions are not held virtually at this time, because it is hard to experience the full sound of the drums over video conferencing. who am i?

Hi I’m Liz

My own healing and creative journey is and has been a rollercoaster ride with many ups and downs. I’ve navigated coming to terms with childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, social anxiety, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, toxic relationships, and behavioral addictions. 

Along the way, I’ve shed many layers and moved through many versions of myself. Before, I was depressed AF, totally unmotivated and the queen of avoidance.  

I spent over a decade of my life seeking healing and well-being through mindfulness, creativity, inner child work, self love and somatic healing. I’ve worked with professionals in therapy and with coaches to reprogram my mind. In 2021, I became certified in breathwork and meditation.  Through all this work, I found liberation from limiting beliefs, mental blocks, and emotional baggage that held me back for years.

I’m more confident, more consistent, more full of life and more authentically myself than I’ve EVER felt before.

now i’m here to show you how a consistent practice of breathwork and meditation can improve your quality of life.

These practices helped me shed layers and rise above the emptiest versions of myself. They helped me move through life's challenges with more grace and compassion. They improved my mental and physical health. They released me from cyclical, exhausting over thinking.

I became certified in pranayama breathwork and meditation by the Academy of Breath in 2021, and i can’t wait to share these practices with you!
